The Lodge of Perfection marks a Freemason’s first step beyond the foundations of the Ancient Craft Lodge, inviting him to explore the deeper moral and philosophical teachings of the Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite. Here, the lessons of Our Rite are expanded through symbolism and reflection, challenging a Freemason to consider the meaning of integrity, justice, duty, and personal responsibility.
These degrees encourage a Freemason to examine his character and conduct, reminding him that the true work of Freemasonry is the continual refinement of the individual. Through the pursuit of truth and fidelity to one’s obligations, the Lodge of Perfection teaches that moral growth is a lifelong labor, one that shapes both the man and the world he serves.
